The Lands and Legacies Tour is a motorized tour to the north end of Cumberland Island starting at the Sea Camp Ranger Station. This (family church history) tour was jam packed with sites, entertainment (John Bytheway) and excellent gospel insights (Bytheway fireside) and tour guide who had so much knowledge of Joseph Smith’s life to share. We assisted at a chocolate factory, helped build water filters and helped with laying concrete in a home. Carlos was one of our native guides and was very friendly and caring and helped with the service projects. ![]() The resort we stayed had had great food and a lot of variety. He really made sure everyone was involved and having a great experience. John did some excellent devotionals each night and gospel power point presentations that were very insightful, moving and entertaining. John Bytheway was on the trip and joined us at meals and many of the service projects and activities. We went on the Legacy Tours Humanitarian trip with our son Andrew this last summer to the Dominican Republic. “The world is a book and those who do not travel read only a page.” So come travel with us!
